  • Draft paperwork, under guidance of listing agent

  • Coordinate staging & photography

  • Input listing into MLS and send to client and agent for approval prior to listing

  • Set up showings with agent's preferred showing service

  • Set up automated feedback emails to client and agent, according to agent's preference 

  • Add any agent scheduled open houses to MLS

    • Optional courier service with additional fee​

  • Syndicate the property to Zillow, Trulia, and other 3rd party sites if agent requests

  • Weekly check-in call to client to see if they have any questions

  • Ask about our add on services including:  install of yard sign & sentri & MLS measurements!

SELLER CONTRACT TO CLOSE
  • Communication with seller, buyer's agent, lender, title, and any additional vendors throughout the transaction

  • Weekly check-in calls with the seller to see if they have any questions or concerns

  • Audit, organize, and ensure file is compliant with state and brokerage

  • Manage contract deadlines and ensure timeliness with contingencies

  • Prepare and facilitate addendums and amendments, under guidance of agent

  • Obtain repair bids, if applicable

  • Schedule closing & confirm final walk

  • Review and audit the settlement statement

  • Complete agent commission breakdown sheet, if applicable

  • Confirm property is closed out in MLS

  • Follow up with client post closing to answer any outstanding questions

BUYER CONTRACT TO CLOSE
  • Communication with buyer, listing agent, lender, title, and any additional vendors throughout the transaction

  • Weekly check-in calls with the buyer to see if they have any questions or concerns
